Ok, I know that I don’t have a tutorial here that actually teaches you on “how to draw a pokemon step by step” ; I mean, how could I pass on something like that? This very articile will teach you on drawing pokemon with ease! I will show you the basics on which pokemon is defined by their classes. The ‘types’ a Pokemon is split into is Dragon, Electric, Fire, Flying, Grass, Ice, Poison, Psychic, Steel, and Water. There are lots of these critters in the universe of Pokemon, I’ll roughly estimate that there are around 493 of these creatures! I know you might think that its not a lot, but to do drawing tutorials on all of these guys is way more then able to handle! draw bug pokemonBug Pokemon have the elements of a bug. Konopan, Beedrill, Scyther, and Parasect are good Bug Pokemons that can take out Psychic Pokemon with ease.

draw gengarGhost Pokemon are used best to take out opponents easy. Gengar is one of the specialties of this group and the most recognized.

draw fire pokemon Fire Pokemon have the powerful element of fire. The most recognizable Pokemon of this group is Charizard, Charmander, Ponyta, Moltres, and a few others. These Pokemon work great against Bug, Ice, and Grass types.

draw blastoiseWater Pokemon have the strong and fluidly element of water. These critters are great against Ground, Rock and Fire Pokemon. One of the most popular creatures of this type is Blastoise, Squirtle, Polliwag, and Gyarados.

Well folks, I’m not going to list all the types. On the side of the site, there are a few categories that separate Pokemon tutorials by their elemental type. I’ll list a few of my favorite drawing videos that I think will be helpful for all of you.

Like we said on the tutorial on drawing Dialga “We will show you the same video.” You know what, we will actually show you how to draw Palkia in two videos. We know that you don’t want to keep watching the same videos that teach you the same thing.
